You order, we process, and then we ship!

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing your order. Once it ships, a confirmation email containing your parcel's tracking code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within the times provided below (on top of the mentioned processing days). Orders & Returns

To avoid delays in shipping your order, we process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, we can only guarantee changes 15 minutes after the order was placed. If you wish to make any urgent updates, please email us at as soon as possible and include the following:

  • In the subject line, put "Change to order" or "Update shipping address."
  • Please include your order number in the email.
  • If you wish to update your shipping address, please include the new shipping address in the email.

We can assist you most quickly if the relevant information is included. Once again, we unfortunately cannot guarantee these requests will always be accommodated if it's outside of our 15 minute grace period, as we cannot make any changes once your order has been processed by our warehouse.

As we work on reducing our carbon footprint, we currently do not accept any physical returns due to the impact it has on our environment. Refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: We take full responsibility for damaged/defective products. Additionally, we understand that everyone's skin is different and may react differently to our products and ingredients. If you aren't fully satisfied with your product, please let us know!

KraveBeauty does not condone the unauthorized resale of our products. We cannot verify the authenticity, safety, quality, or efficacy of products sold through unauthorized retailers, resellers, distributors or third parties (e.g. Amazon).

All KraveBeauty products are made in Korea. This simply allows us to access the highest grade of ingredients and to leverage the most sophisticated formulating technology in the industry.

As of April 12, 2021, The Beet Shield is no longer available for sale. We’ve discontinued it due to concerns with the product’s formula and out of maximum caution for our customers. Learn more about this change here.

We only formulate with skin-loving ingredients that are always tested for safety and efficacy. We don’t use any fragrances, essential oils, colorants, allergic sensitizers, or animal byproducts. Our gentle yet powerful formulas are effective on every skin type—even sensitive skin! They safely work with your skin’s natural ecosystem; they boost your microbiome and skin barrier function, not replace it.

We test on real people, not animals. All ingredients are 100% vegan-friendly and cruelty-free.

Your skin’s health is our top priority at KraveBeauty, so we formulate our products to be as safe and as non-irritating as possible for everyone, including expecting and new mothers. All of our products, except Kale-Lalu-yAHA, are 100% safe for those who are pregnant and breastfeeding.

Kale-Lalu-yAHA’s effects during pregnancy and breastfeeding are considered low to no risk. However, we call out Kale-Lalu-yAHA because it is a  chemical exfoliator containing 5.25% glycolic acid, a type of Alpha-Hydroxy Acid (AHA). Chemical exfoliators such as Beta-Hydroxy Acids (BHA) in high concentrations (as is used in a professional peel) are considered to pose a risk during pregnancy and breastfeeding as they get absorbed into your skin. However, lower concentrations of these acids or AHAs (like glycolic acid!) are often considered low to no risk, and thus provide gentler and safer ways you can keep glowing! 😉

That being said, we always recommend our customers to consult with their healthcare provider to get the most comprehensive safety information about any skincare product(s) they wish to use.

Our products are developed by and for people with sensitive skin, so you won’t find any irritants or potential allergens in our formulations. However, as everyone's skin is different and sensitivity is caused by various factors, your skin may react differently to a product than your friend’s might.

All of our products can be used for 12 months after opening. When remained sealed, they maintain a 36-month lifespan. However, for oil-based products like our Great Barrier Relief, we recommend that you use them regularly once opened as exposure can compromise the products’ efficacy over time. Please note that prolonged exposure to high temperatures, humidity and exposure to sunlight or air may adversely impact any formulation.

All KraveBeauty products are free of artificial coloring, so the color of the products may vary by batch or even change over time. Rest assured, this does not affect the integrity of the product and remains completely safe for your skin.

We divided our products into two categories to make it easier for you to decide which is best for your skin’s cravings. Our Core series is our basic 3-step routine for healthy, protected skin: cleanser, moisturizer, and protection. Our Supplement series are products that you can swap in to treat specific concerns, during different seasons, or really whenever you feel like it. Think of it this way: Core products are like your essential morning cup of coffee while Supplemental products are the good-for-you protein drink that you add to your routine when you need to.

Our goal will never be to have the widest collection. We simply want to create products that have personality and purpose, and are blended with ingredients that your skin really deserves and craves. Only when we’ve met these criteria and found a true need will we be releasing more products. That is not to say we aren’t keeping busy. We are currently developing two different types of moisturizers, a sunscreen, and a supplement product that aims to restore the skin’s epidermal barrier function.

We don’t believe in the idea that all natural skincare is necessarily always better for the skin because that isn’t the truth. Some natural ingredients, like lavender or grapefruit oil, often used as fragrance-enhancers are potential sensitizers and allergens, especially for those with sensitive skin.

Instead, we use naturally-derived ingredients that are safe and high in antioxidants and essential fatty acids, then combine them with lab-based technology to provide efficacy while still respecting your skin’s natural functionality.

All KraveBeauty products are free of fragrance and essential oils.

If it makes you and your skin feel good, then 100% yes. If you’re using it just because you’ve been told to do so, question it once again. Is it really helping your skin?

But you say you’ve heard some good things about pH balancing or clarifying toners?

We often think our skin needs to be squeaky clean and bacteria free, when in fact, this behavior often leads to the disruption of the skin’s natural, protective barrier. Be sure to take a good look at the formulation and ingredients, and make sure it’s not just stripping away your skin’s barrier that naturally protects and keeps your skin moisturized.

Yes! Your skin isn’t as “dirty” as you think. Limiting your cleansing is one of the easiest ways to restore your skin’s natural barrier function. If it feels like your skin built up some excess sebum since last night, give it a light (and quick!) wash with a hydrating cleanser.

Do not shock your skin by introducing new products all at once. It’s best to slowly introduce them one at a time, so you can clearly test how your skin reacts to each individual product.

And avoid being experimental with skincare when your skin is vulnerable and reactive, for example, when your skin is sunburnt.

This depends on the person. Some people go through a “purging” stage after incorporating AHA into their routine, some don’t.

AHA accelerates the skin’s cellular turnover rate, which results in a mannerism that almost pulls underdeveloped pimples to the surface faster. If you are patient and see the process through, there will be light at the end of the tunnel!

We currently do not offer gift cards, but if you plan on sending your order to a loved one as a gift, our packing slip only includes information about the recipient as well as the order contents without the pricing details.

Pure oats are gluten-free, making our Oat So Simple Water Cream safe for those with a gluten intolerance. Our remaining products are not considered gluten-free. 

Yes, our products are vegan!

If you were to use all five products together, we recommend using them in the following order:

1. Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser

2. Kale-Lalu-yAHA (on days you wish to use)

3. Great Barrier Relief

4. Oat So Simple Water Cream

However, your skin may not need all four products, so we strongly encourage you to be gentle with your skin and figure out what it really needs! That might mean keeping a skin diary/tracker, or figuring out which ingredients your skin reacts well or negatively to. Have that constant conversation with your skin and choose products and develop habits that work with your skin, not against it!

When first dabbling into skincare, the core products needed are a cleanser, a moisturizer, and a sunscreen. Once you incorporate other products, the general order of skincare products should be thinnest to thickest texture. Many of our products are mostly or totally recyclable, check out our recycling guide to learn more of how to properly dispose of them. You don’t have to remove the stickers or glue when recycling our products since we use a safe, non-toxic adhesive that can be recycled with each product. Our shipping cartons and post cards are also 100% recyclable!

Picking the most eco-friendly packaging option, even glass, isn’t always easy since there a lot of options that aren't compatible with formulas or come with hidden environmental costs like excess water use or carbon emissions. Some products cannot be packaged in glass to protect it from UVA/UVB damage (even an SPF needs protection!). But there are always smarter options out there, which is why we’re continually working with sustainability specialists on developing sustainable packaging that reduces our environmental footprint. Along the way, we’ll always ensure our products stay easy to use and uncomplicated so they can best serve you and the planet.
