Hey Liah,
Thank you for this info. It was very informative. I really appreciate all that you do. 😊
I do have a quick question. I have managed to get acne on my face under control but now I seem to be getting lots in my hairline, despite washing my hair 3 times a week. I also wash my face up into my hair line every day too. Do you have any advice on how to combat acne on the scalp/hairline?

Amazing and very informative article, it’s interesting how many myths we live and swear by. However, I was wondering if you can add anything about niacinimide and vitamin C? Many believe they cancel each other out, but recent research shows that they actually compliment each other. What do you guys think of that?

Does long term aha use damage your skin?

My skin has improved very much since using aha, but I am concerned because I see the best results with daily use. However, I don’t want to ruin my skin over time.

Great read! Would love to see a blog post from you about synthetic ingredients and a breakdown of their names, what’s safe in prolonged quantites on the skin and what isn’t. I apologize in advance if you created something like this already. Love your content and your products, Krave! 💕

I’m so happy there’s someone out there who so completely understands and acknowledges the truths of skincare and ingredient functions! Regardless of the chatter. Thanks so much for writing this. x
