Community Management Intern (New York, NY)

Overview:

As KraveBeauty’s Community Management Intern, you are an unconventional and strategic thinker who’s willing to get your hands dirty with us. You are caring, empathetic, organized and excited for a challenge. No task is too small or large -- you are a doer. You care deeply about building and growing with a meaningful brand and during this time will work closely with the team to monitor and engage the brand’s community.   

 

Your role at KraveBeauty:

Social Media Community Management

  • Fully immerse yourself into the KraveBeauty DNA and reflect the voice of the brand
  • Engage members of the KraveBeauty community and actively manage all interactions, including comments and direct messages, on the brand’s social media accounts
  • Assist the Content Director in sourcing images and writing captions for brand’s social feed
  • Assist the team in day-to-day operations as needed

Customer Service

  • Assist the team in replying to general inquiries and customer service issues via email and active social media channels
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure that all customer orders are fulfilled and any issues are corrected
  • Participate in brainstorms for development of overall community management/customer service for brand at-large

  • Previous experience in community management or customer service
  • Able to report to the NYC office occasionally

  • Proficiency in Korean
  • Experience in growing a presence on social media platforms
