Community Management Representative (New York, NY)

Overview:

As KraveBeauty’s Community Management Representative, you are an unconventional and strategic thinker who’s willing to get your hands dirty with us. You are empathetic, organized, creative and excited for a challenge. No task is too small or large -- you are a doer. You care deeply about building and growing with a meaningful brand. The Community Management Representative is responsible for communications and customer satisfaction across a portion of the company’s digital channels. The Representative will adopt KraveBeauty’s brand voice to create lasting and positive connections with our community

Please note: This is a part-time role with hourly pay. 

 

Your role at KraveBeauty:

Customer Care

  • Resolve general inquiries and customer concerns via email and other relevant platforms
  • Assist the Operations Director in overseeing order processing and fulfillment
  • Participate in brainstorms for development of brand’s community and customer care 
  • Assist in day-to-day operations as needed

Social Media Community Management

  • Fully immerse yourself into the KraveBeauty DNA and reflect the voice of the brand to cater to each unique digital channels (IG, FB, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Actively engage with our audiences by liking, commenting and responding to messages
  • Regularly update the team on conversations, feedback and complaints our community is having
  • Assist in sourcing images, writing captions, and scheduling posts for brand’s social feeds as needed

  • Schedule must allow 15-20 hours a week
    • Flexible to fulfill customer care needs during busy periods
  • Has strong copywriting and editing skills

 

[Definite Pluses]

  • Proficiency in Korean
  • Experience in growing a presence on social media platforms
  • Familiar with social listening platforms
