About this position:

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative individual to lead the charge on growing and scaling our most important channels: our D2C website and TikTok Shops. The Sr. Mgr eCommerce + Digital Marketing will also be responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting ecommerce performance with a focus on content management, customer journey, and sales analytics. They will also set team-wide direction and strategy on all digital channels, including paid search, paid social, displays and email/sms.

You’ll be overseeing the entire KraveBeauty.com site, TikTok Shops and all digital marketing reporting to the VP of Marketing.  You will have 1 direct report and a few key agencies to manage.  This role does work closely with our brand marketing to translate the company’s vision and mission into all consumer-facing channels.  We believe you'll amplify brand efforts to drive scale.  

What you’ll do:

  • Manage our Shopify Plus store and overseeing its growth, optimization, and expansion into new geographic markets.
  • Manage our TikTok Shop/Affiliate program in partnership with TikTok and an agency partner with the focus on driving GMV and scaling inside the TikTok app.
  • Utilize data analytics to understand user behaviors, map out customer journeys, and leverage insights to unlock new growth and retention opportunities.
  • Enhance customer experience & journey by optimizing the homepage, site pages and PDPs.
  • Implement organizational tools to transform analytical data into digestible insights and actionable strategy and continuously communicate insights back to team.
  • Manage external agencies & freelancers on website design, programming, and coding needs related to software integration, layout updates, and fixing bugs.
  • Oversee digital advertising strategy, setting ad standards and managing content objectives for paid social, and email flows that encourage engagement and growth.
  • Work closely with Creative on designing website layout and content as well as providing direction to continuously optimize customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Social team on integrating social and influencer content onto website and give customer insight to help inform social content direction.
  • Grow web traffic through SEO from a content marketing and technical SEO perspective.
  • Create, track, and adjust team’s weekly/monthly/quarterly schedules as to consistently meet deadlines and fulfill requests.
  • Manage budgets for department and projects. Complete and submit all requests including creative briefs or campaign proposals as needed.

Technical but important stuff:

  • 7+ years of experience managing e-commerce, preferably in a startup environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Leadership and team management experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with paid and owned social media and email marketing highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, Google Ads, Google Analytics IQ, and Facebook Blueprint certifications are pluses.
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills.
  • SQL is a plus.

Salary Range: $115,000 - 130,000 pending experience level
