I ordered a serum and this product not long ago and the package got lost despite the company saying it had been delivered. I thought that meant someone stole the package from my step. :(. I contacted Krave and they immediately sent me replacements. Turns out it didn’t get stolen, my family member had placed it somewhere and I never saw it. I emailed Krave back saying I felt bad for my mistake and was willing to mail the replacements back. They said go ahead and keep them for yourself or gift to someone else. I was blown away. Thank you Krave!

I’ve never done a skincare review, but I felt really compelled to give a shoutout to this cleanser. I have been cycling through cleansers for the past few years and this one is definitely one of the best purchases i’ve made. I have dry, sensitive, hormonal-acne prone skin. Most cleansers are either irritating and stripping or too gentle and don’t feel like they are cleaning my skin thoroughly enough. I wanted a balanced cleanser that didn’t leave me stripped or irritated and still left my skin feeling thoroughly clean. THIS DID IT FOR ME EVERY SINGLE TIME! My skin was left feeling hydrated, plump, and clean without that dry, stripped feeling. I’m so happy to say that this cleanser has become a staple in my skincare routine! Highly recommend that y'all give it a shot.
