I had first bought the serum about 7 months ago but didn't start using it until maybe 1-2 months after I bought it. The initial smell of this serum is pretty off-putting. It smells like paint/a new house? And because it was sitting for a while unused in the beginning, the serum had separated a bit but I was able to whack the bottle enough to mix the serum a little (a little difficult to do bc of the packaging). I have been using it twice a day every day since and I hardly ever get any breakouts on my cheeks anymore which I used to get quite often (also a side sleeper). I'm now coming down to the end of my bottle and I'm noticing that the serum is very gritty? It doesn't dissolve into the skin so it's kind of annoying the little bits it's leaving behind... I'm not sure if it's bc it was sitting in the beginning when I had gotten it bc I didn't notice any reviews mentioning it. I'll be buying another bottle once I finish this one and start using that bottle right away so hopefully it doesn't happen again? Love the serum itself when it's in its prime!!

I have struggled with acne since I was a teenager. I’ve tried everything under the sun to address it. I went on accutane 5 years ago and that fixed most of my acne but I still get hormonal acne along my chin with my cycle. This has been a game changer product for me with controlling that acne. My skin feels hydrated and I only get like one pimple per month instead of several in that area. I use it in combination with salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide wash and it has been fantastic.
