I have been using this cleanser for many years and have been repurchasing. Great cleanser for sensitive skin! However, 2 months ago, I ordered 5 cleansers and received only 4. I reported this issue, but it has been months and it still has not been resolved. Their customer service isn’t the best. Not sure what else I could do except to write a review on here.

Number one I love that this is a small company and I am really trying to not support mega corporations right now. Pretty much my entire skin care routine is from Krave beauty. I have not been let down by a single product yet. This is top tier & my favorite cleanser of all time. You really do need to work this into a lather before you actually use it, but I do this as my double cleanse, even if I have makeup or sunscreen on, and it does the trick and leaves my skin feeling moisturized and not like that disgusting dry, feeling that you feel sometimes after using a normal cleanser. 100/10 recommend!! - sincerely a girlie with normal to dry skin / post accutane
