Marketing Intern

Your Role & Responsibilities at KraveBeauty:
The Marketing Intern will support the Marketing team in executing brand-building initiatives, with a priority focus on Influencer and Community programs. This person will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across marketing programs at different stages in the 360 process while working closely with the Director of Brand Marketing and Brand & Community Manager, along with the wider team as tasks arise.
Key Responsibilities:

Community & Social
- Monitor and engage with our community across Instagram and TikTok, ensuring timely and thoughtful responses.
- Comment on trending FYP posts.Track community sentiment and share key insights with the team.
- Support the Social Media Manager with content creation and scheduling as needed.
- Assist with monitoring, scheduling, and posting across community platforms; broadcast channel and TYB.
- Attend surprise & delight events as needed to support Brand & Community Manager.

Influencer Marketing
- Help identify and vet new influencers for outreach and gifting.
- Manage post office runs for package drop-offs.
- Track sendouts, follow-ups, and assist with content collection, repurposing, and reporting.
- Support activations or events as needed.
- Think of new ways to engage trending influencers so KraveBeauty stays in the conversation.
- Follow up with influencers as needed for gifting, invites, and more.

General Marketing Support
- Assist with market research and basic reporting.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth execution of marketing programs.
- Contribute ideas for outside-the-box campaigns and creative initiatives.
- Gather competitor examples to inform marketing inspiration and ideas.
- Assist with sharing returns with customer service for processing.
- Visit potential sites for events to scope out the look & feel of the venue in advance.
- Assist in brand marketing tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy abilities
- Basic understanding of Sales principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Interest in sustainability and ethical business practices
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Job Information:
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Intern at KraveBeauty | Certified B Corp in the New York City Metropolitan Area, that requires 2 days in person (Wednesdays & Thursdays). This internship requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation will range between $17-$20 per hour, or school credit, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
