I have been a loyal customer of Krave Beauty for years, and I’ve always appreciated their values and commitment to quality. Some of their products, like Great Barrier Relief and Oil La La, have been staples in my skincare routine. I’ve proudly supported this brand and recommended it to others.
However, a recent experience has left me deeply disappointed. I was excited to try the Plumptuous Lip Jelly Oil and ordered the Cherry Cola shade. Unfortunately, the product did not match the color as depicted on the website—it appeared as an unflattering warm brown instead.
I reached out to customer service to explain my situation. I mentioned that I had only opened the package and lightly swatched the product. Since this is a refillable product, I kindly requested to exchange just the color refill for a different shade. Unfortunately, my request was denied outright.
This leaves me with a product I cannot use, and I feel my money has essentially been wasted. While I understand the need for policies, I believe there could have been more flexibility or willingness to address this issue.
Sadly, this experience has tarnished my view of a brand I once admired. For now, I cannot see myself supporting Krave Beauty again, and I encourage others to carefully consider their policies and customer service experiences before purchasing.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. I chose the shade Cherry Cola because I thought it had the best chance of showing up on brown skin. The color showed up nicely. The gloss goes on smoothly. The metal applicator has a small, weird tip that makes application tough. It doesn’t really plump your lips but it’s hydrating. If I wanted a nice gloss, I might buy this but not if I wanted a “ lip plumper”.

I received this product for free for my honest opinion. I got the shade Guava Blush and it is a nice shade on my lips. It has a metal applicator which I am not used to which made it a little hard to use. However, it felt really nice on my lips not too sticky and is hydrating.

I got the color guava blush and I really like it! I also have never had a metal tip applicator before, but I do love it. I kind of wish there was a scent to it, but I will still use and enjoy it!
