KraveBeauty was founded by beauty influencer, Liah Yoo, to #PressReset on the way we think about skincare. About this position:

The Social Media Content Intern will support KraveBeauty’s Social and Community teams in creating best-in-class content that inspires, educates, and connects with our audience. You’ll work closely with the Social Media Manager, Brand & Community Manager, and broader Marketing team to help bring ideas to life across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. From brainstorming and filming to trend research and community engagement, you’ll gain hands-on experience in every step of the social content process—learning what it takes to build and grow a community-driven beauty brand online.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the content manager with ideation, planning, and execution across social channels.
  • Assist in filming, editing, and producing short-form videos.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage during shoots and team moments.
  • Participate in content as needed—from on-camera moments to live or community-driven activations.
  • Conduct weekly social + competitor trend checks to help inform content ideas
  • Help manage community conversations by replying to comments and DMs in an on-brand, thoughtful tone.
  • Organize and track UGC, creator content, and campaign assets.
  • Assist with scheduling and uploading content across platforms.
  • Bring curiosity, creativity, and care to everything—from brainstorming to on-set support.

Who You Are: 

  • A college student looking for hands-on experience in social-first content creation.
  • Based in New York City and available for in-person work.
  • Social media–savvy with a strong pulse on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts (bonus if you already create content).
  • Tapped into trends, meme culture, and Gen Z internet moments.
  • Comfortable being on camera and participating in content.
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, sustainability, and thoughtful storytelling.
  • Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a creative, collaborative environment.

Internship Details: 

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Intern at KraveBeauty | Certified B Corp in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some flexibility for remote work. This internship requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation will range between $17-$20 per hour, or school credit, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

This internship will run from late January through the end of May, with some flexibility around the end date based on availability and performance.
