I actually really liked the color and the concept of the packaging. I also don’t mind having to reapply frequently because my lips get dry and I drink water quite frequently and color gets transferred to my water bottle so that doesn’t bother me. However, once it started leaking in my purse, I stopped carrying it :(. I want to carry it with me throughout the day to reapply, but because it leak, it’s just sitting on top of my vanity which is a bummer. Hope you guys can fix the leaking issue soon!

I really like the applicator tip, the cooling effect is really nice and refreshing however I feel like I can’t get enough product so I have to dip it back in at least 3 times. The smell is a bit weird unfortunately. The color is good however I have trouble putting it over another lip product because it lifts it a bit. I also felt like it didn’t do any plumping unfortunately.

My lips feel so soft and nice! Even when it mostly rubs away, there's lasting comfort from the oil, and it truly is non-sticky. (You'd think lip oil should never be sticky, and yet I keep getting burned by products marketed as non-sticky oil that are, in fact, sticky.) So anyway, this is glorious, lol. Color's not long-lasting, but that's the nature of a lip oil, I can just reapply. Metal applicator took some getting used to, but I've gotten the hang of it now, too. I'm a big fan of this, absolutely intend to stock up on refills when I finish with the current color!

I love this product, the cherry cola color is so nice! However since this is more of a gloss, you do need to reapply, which is why I would typically like to bring this with me in my purse. The problem is that once it’s been turned on its side or upside down, the product leaks out. I love that krave beauty is trying to make sustainable packaging with refillable products, in fact I love the metal applicator for this reason! However, it’s a bummer that the product leaks out of the packaging when it’s anything but upright!

I love the product and the formula, and I am a huge fan of the metal applicator. However, the packaging leaks gloss into the outer container, and up the sides of the lid. I do not like this and it is quite annoying that an oily product does not have a better seal. I might repurchase as is, but likely will not until the packaging issues are resolved.
