Shipping & Returns

Order processing is the time it takes from when you place your order on our site to when it gets packed up and shipped out. This usually takes 1 to 2 business days.

Once your order is placed, we have a very limited window to make any changes or cancellations. If you require an order change or cancellation, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us an email at hello@kravebeauty.com. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to catch your order before it gets to our warehouse for fulfillment, but we'll try our absolute best!

Please note that during holidays, new product launches, restocks, and promotions, order processing times may be subject to delays. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

Please note delivery times do not include order processing times.

Once your order ships, it will arrive to you in the following times listed below based on the shipping method selected:

U.S. Expedited Shipping
2~3 business days with UPS
U.S. Standard Shipping
4~9 business days with USPS, OnTrac, or Lasership


If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, an APO/FPO address, or any U.S. territories, transit times may take a little longer.

Please note: We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes using Next Day Shipping or Expedited Shipping. Please make sure to select Standard Shipping on checkout if this applies to you.

Once your order ships, it should be delivered within 8 to 14 business days. Please note, this is an estimate and not a guarantee as your package may experience delays in transit to international countries.

    Shipping costs will vary depending on weight and shipping destination. Costs will be calculated upon checkout.

    • For U.S. orders, all orders at or above $40 will get free standard shipping!
    • For Canada, all orders at or above $100 USD will get free shipping! Do note, this does not apply to subscription orders and duties and tariffs will be paid up front at checkout.
    • For Hong Kong, India, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Norway, and Switzerland, duties and tariffs will be paid up front at checkout.
    • For Malaysia, Singapore, and Philippines orders, your package may incur additional duties and tariffs upon arrival depending on the total price.
      • For customers in Malaysia, if your order total is under $108.52 USD you will not incur duties upon arrival. However, taxes towards any Malaysia order regardless of the total price, will still be charged.
      • For customers in Singapore, if your order total is under $301.49 USD you will not incur additional taxes or duties upon arrival.
      • For customers in the Philippines, if your order total is under $179.87 you will not incur additional taxes or duties upon arrival.

    Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

    If you need special delivery accommodations, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly.

    We take full responsibility for damaged products due to manufacturing defects. Please send us a photo at hello@kravebeauty.com, and we'll be happy to figure out a solution.

    We know you're excited to get your package, but unfortunately delays in transit times may occur with the carrier. If your order is still in transit and has not been delivered within our promised timeframe, your order may be lost. Please see qualifications below:

    U.S. Next Day Shipping Allow up to 4 business days for your order to arrive. Contact us on the 5th business day.
    U.S. Expedited Shipping
    Allow up to 5 business days for your order to arrive.

    U.S. Standard Shipping
    Allow up to 11 business days for your order to arrive.

    International Shipping

    If your package has been marked delivered yet you can't locate it, please allow 3 business days from the delivered date on the tracking number as some carriers may be experiencing latency issues and lags in their tracking. If by the 3rd business day you still cannot locate your order, please reach out to us.

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@kravebeauty.com within 30 days after delivery to request a refund. Please note, we limit 1 refund per product for every customer — however, this policy may change depending on your case.

    International and domestic return requests are done on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be purchased on kravebeauty.com and needs to be unopened/unused. Please note, return shipping fees will not be covered and shipping costs from your order will not be refunded.

    NOTE: We take full responsibility for damaged or defective products as noted above. Additionally, we understand that everyone’s skin is different and may react to our products and ingredients. If you aren’t fully satisfied with your purchase, please let us know!
