Tamanu Oil: Soothes irritation and calms redness without greasiness. Niacinamide: Helps clear spots, fades discoloration, and brightens skin. Ceramides: Essential to skin health—helps replenish fatty building blocks of the skin barrier.
The color and texture of Jumbo Great Barrier Relief may naturally vary slightly from batch to batch. No worries! This is a normal occurrence when using naturally-derived ingredients and it does not impact the efficacy of the formula.
NOTE: Jumbo Great Barrier Relief does contain 10% Tamanu Oil, which is derived from Tamanu nuts. Though most people don’t have issues using this ingredient, people with nut allergies could have a potential reaction. If you think your skin will react, we recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on your wrist and neck first and slowly integrating Jumbo GBR into your routine thereafter. If you do experience an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention if needed.

About 2 years ago, I bought a bottle and loved it. This time around, my forehead and cheeks broke out into tiny bumps all over. I either developed an allergic reaction over time, or they changed their formula and added something that I'm allergic to. The only skincare product I've ever had an allergic reaction to was The Ordinary Buffet serum which caused a similar reaction. My skin now has a terrible texture when I put makeup on.

I had some acne and post-acne scarring back in 2020 and when I used GBR regularly I saw that my face completely cleared up, and my skin was in the greatest condition ever.
In 2022, I started suffering from acne on my cheeks due to wearing masks and external factors from living abroad for a year. I was eventually put on prescription-grade adapalene which worked until about a year later my skin became sensitive, red, and more acne-prone from regular use. I stopped and just used GBR every night again and my sensitivity went away, my redness went down, and my breakouts decreased!

I experience horrible and painful hormonal acne on my chin and jawline area. When my acne is inflamed, this serum brings so much relief to those areas. I use exfoliant products such as BHAs for my acne and I highly recommend this product to put on afterward to help soothe the area.
