I was very dissapointed in the new formula. It doesn’t clean my skin, like I was able to scrape oil off my face after cleansing with this. It also leaves behind a sticky residue on my face and I’m just very sad bc the old one was perfect and cleaned my face w/ o stripping it or leaving a residue. Cetaphil changed their formula and now Krave, I just don’t understand why they take a good thing and change it :(

While it is true our Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser was reformulated on July 2022, it is formulated with mild cleansing ingredients that won't strip your skin but instead help it to retain vital hydration while washing away all the dirt and grime from the day. We think Matcha Hemp Hydrating Cleanser is sufficient to gently cleanse oily skin and should not cause breakouts or irritation unless there is an allergy or a sensitivity to a specific ingredient. However, as everyone's skin is different and can react differently to any product, we are sorry to hear it didn't work out for you.

I have been using this product for over a year now, I love it! I actually stopped using it because I ran out and kept forgetting to buy more. I just recently purchased it again I have been using it for a week and I can’t believe I went without it! I suffer from extremely dry skin and mild rosacea my skin is so much happier when using this cleanser. It illuminates my dry skin and soothes my redness I’ll never go without it again!

Since I was a teenager I've always been using cleansers that have salicylic acid or that are more meant for acne, and as I've gotten older, my views on skin care have switched from trying to find things that target to things that heal. I have oily/combo skin so I was a little bit worried that maybe it's just going to be too greasy on me. But my skin has never felt so plump and bouncy!! You literally have to use a tiny amount, like a pea-sized, and then I rub it and get a good lather in my hands and then I apply it to the face. 100000/10
