About this position:

KraveBeauty is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Marketing Manager to lead and execute our brand’s overarching influencer and ambassador strategy, as well as source and manage key partnerships/collaborations to drive business goals. In this role, you will develop and manage long-term relationships, fostering authentic, value-driven connections that align with our brand’s goals and values. This role will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns while overseeing social, brand, and initiatives to support the growth and awareness of KraveBeauty. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be working closely with internal cross-functional teams to strategically identify and partner with influencers to increase awareness of KraveBeauty amongst new and existing audiences.

Your Role & Responsibilities at KraveBeauty:

  • Lead overarching influencer strategy and relationship management. Source and cultivate a network of brand-relevant creators, driving long-term relationships that yield effective content and meaningful promotion of our brand.
  • Identify relevant influencers for seeding, our ambassador program, and new launches to ensure a solid roster of talent that aligns with our business objectives and brand values.
  • Invest in and build long-term relationships with influencers who are passionate about sustainability and actively advocate for sustainable choices, aligning perfectly with KraveBeauty's values.
  • Work cross-functionally with social media, digital, and creative teams to execute influencer-first campaigns that fuel departmental needs and ensure that creator selection, messaging and deliverables are aligned with overall goals.
  • Oversee, help strategize and implement all influencer and ambassador events, from ideation, to budget management all the way through to execution.
  • Manage budget, and  ensure timely and on-plan delivery.
  • Create, source, and plan timely content that engages current followers while reaching new target customers, including managing partnerships and giveaways.
  • Build out and maintain a comprehensive brand calendar that aligns with company initiatives.
  • Own the strategy and process for content creation by creators and external partners.
  • Stay up to date on social media trends and best practices.
  • Leverage data, market insights, marketing tools, and the spectrum of marketing channels to develop and execute impactful strategic recommendations.
  • Lead PR strategy, media outreach, and event planning. Elevate the brand and the marketing function through key opinion leaders, influencers, and beauty editors. 
  • Lead the Social Media team (Marketing associate and intern).

        Skills & Abilities:

        • 7+ years of Influencer & PR experience required
        • Beauty industry background strongly preferred
        • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
        • Must understand the influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the beauty industry.
        • A proven track record of designing, leading and scaling organic influencer programs that deliver meaningful results in terms of awareness, traffic and sales
        • Experience nurturing influencer and/or brand ambassadors, demonstrating that you know how to create authentic connections and forge meaningful relationships that deliver value to both parties.
        • Ability to scout and identify talent, translate data into action-oriented insights and strategy and must be a collaborative team player.
        • You have a proven track record of executing influencer campaigns that have driven impact on company-level metrics.
        • Acumen for negotiating Influencer contracts is a must.
        • You have a passion for building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
        • Excellent time management skills & ability to work in a high-paced work environment.

        • Terms of employment: Full-Time
        • Salary: $120,000 + bonus
        • Location: NYC, in-office 2x / week
