I have tried so many moisturizers for my combo skin, from Aveeno Oat Gel moisturizer to Nuetrogena Hydro Boost and everything in between. So many of these moisturizers irritated my skin due to unnecessary additives or bothersome ingredients (like feverfew extract). Oat So Simple doesn’t irritate my skin at all and instantly calms it when I have flare ups. Yes, it doesn’t have any silicones as many say, but I have had no issue battling the dryness here in Southern California using this moisturizer.

Despite the claims this product is extremely pore clogging. For me it’s probably the squalene. I tried it a few times and each time I’d have deep pimples form in the areas where I applied it and visible congestion on my face & for the price of this product it’s very disappointing.
I wanted to love it but unfortunately the search for a suitable moisturizer continues.
