I have been loyal to this since first trying it in 2021. I'm from the Philippines so I actually have easy access to other Japanese and Korean brands, and I have tried a couple from 2021 to today, but I still end up going back to Matcha Hemp cleanser (2nd cleanser when I have any base including sunscreen; stand-alone otherwise).

I have been using this cleanser for about a month now and it has completely stripped my face of all moisture. It is the only new product in my routine, and since using it I have developed large dry patches all over my face that are entirely resistant to clearing up with any moisturizer. My face stings all the time. I have tried so many things to fix it, aside from axing this product (which I will now be doing). It's disappointing because it does clean my skin well, but the benefits do not outweigh the negatives.

I really like this cleanser. My skin doesn't feel squeaky afterwards, but I can tell that and feel like my skin is clean. Also very soothing. 10/10. I've been using it since it launched xD I've also used other gentle cleansers over the last few years, but I still go back to this one. Plus, the price point is hard to beat when a little product goes a long way.

I want to start off by saying I do really like this cleanser. The consistency is a little hard to get used to and it doesn't lather great for me. However, my skin does feel very hydrated after using it. I would love to see a cleanser with salicylic acid at some point, I think that's what I really need.

I absolutely loveeee this cleanser. Been using it for 2 years now. I have been trying to find other cleansers since I hate ordering stuff online and waiting. But i cant stop coming back to this cleanser, nothing compares. Doesnt dry my face out or break me out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
