I want to start by saying that I’ve used KB since 2019 and there is not a single product I have not tried. I’m a huge, long-time fan and have spent a lot of money making KB products the main line of skincare for my sensitive, dehydrated skin.

Recently, I started getting extremely itchy and inflamed patches on my cheek and neck and I had no idea what was causing it. I thought maybe it’s seasonal allergy (I’ve never had seasonal allergy in my life) or something else I was wearing, eating, or using. When I realized nothing I was doing was showing improvement, I started taking things out of my skincare routine which hasn’t changed in years. After pausing Oat So Simple for two days, my red, itchy, and inflamed patches began to improve. To double check that it’s actually the moisturizer that was causing it, I put it back into my routine one night before bed and by next morning I was itching and burning all over again. This moisturizer has been in my routine for years and I’m devastated that it’s doing this to my skin out of nowhere. I’m not sure if there was some type of formula/other change in the production process or it was a one-time issue with a certain batch (was in the middle of using my large refill pouch). I still have one large unopened pouch left that I’m afraid to use but don’t want to throw out because that would be wasteful. It’s been a week since I stopped again and my face+neck is healing nicely and I no longer need my hydrocortisone cream to fight the itching and…

I spent hundreds so you don’t have to! I tried so many fungal acne safe, vegan, non comedogenic, mattifying but still moisturizing moisturizers. At first I wasn’t sure about this one, but it’s the best I can find and it was painful what I went through. I have horrible skin… large pores, oily nose, hyperkeratinization, rapid refill prominent sebaceous filaments that are falling out of my face, seborrheic dermatitis and type one rosacea. It’s an absolute nightmare… that’s why I say this is the moisturizer to have if you have problematic skin. Hopefully this product remains as it is because I don’t think I could go through hunting like this again. Thank you Krave for making a product that works with my terrible skin… a life saver.

I love the matcha cleanser so so so much. As a sensitive and dry skin yet hormonal acne girlie it really has transformed my skin and I will purchase it over and over (and have).

However, the Oat so Simple cream isn’t for me. Unfortunately, my face still is begging for more moisturizer after using this and I when I use it I need to apply a second moisturizing product. Again, my skin is definitely pretty dry. I just don’t find myself reaching for it because I always have to add another moisturizer anyway. I love everything else from Krave Beauty and would love to use their moisturizer but it’s a no from me right now.
