I love this brand and its values. I love this product. I love the unique formula. I even love the divisive smell. I also love the concept od the easily cleanable and recyclable packaging. However, a nightmare scenario occurred for me last night due to the special pump. I was tired and went to remove the lid quickly. Unfortunately, I must have twisted it while I pulled and completely removed the cap and pump. The result was the product shooting out all over my hand, countertop, and floor. I was devastated. This was a nearly new bottle. My wonderful fiancé wasn’t mad and encouraged me to reorder it immediately. I did, but I hate to waste product. I ended up scooping it up and trying to use it as a body lotion. I ended up being very sticky, but my barrier was definitely supported!

Smell is unpleasant, doesn't go away. Lotion is sticky and leaves a sticky film that's just not comfortable. Won't buy again.

As you may have been able to hear from our Founder & CEO, Liah Yoo's product introduction (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_HcZm9OjJ8), the inclusion of Tamanu oil as one of the key ingredients has created the natural scent that does not fit everyone's preference. KraveBeauty also avoids including fragrance in our products as it can cause irritation or reaction on the skin — which is another reason why the natural pungency was not masked!

I have sensitive, dry combination skin with eczema, and this is the only serum I’ve found that never stings or irritates me. That’s huge for me because I LOVE skincare and am constantly trying new things.
Whenever my skin is extra sensitive or stressed, I simplify my routine to just a gentle cleanser and this—and it always helps. I also really admire Krave for keeping the price so reasonable all these years.

I’ve been using Krave’s Great Barrier Relief serum for six years and was excited to try the new Oil La La to see if it brought something special to my routine.
I’ve been pretty happy with my skin overall, but I’ve always had stubborn little bumps—mostly around my jawline. Because my skin is so sensitive and I have eczema, I haven’t been able to use exfoliating or acne treatments without irritation.
I decided to try Oil La La as the final step in my nighttime routine after cleansing and using Great Barrier Relief. When I looked in the mirror the next morning, I actually gasped out loud! 😅 Somehow, it completely cleared up all my little bumps overnight. I’m so excited about this new discovery, especially for something I had pretty much accepted as just a part of my skin!
