    Deleted Product Reviews / Rancid Smell

    Like many other users, I also found this product to be disappointing and ultimately unusable. It was utterly rancid, and my local dermatologist also advised against using it. KraveBeauty staff were dismissive of my concerns, and most alarmingly, appear to have deleted my initial review. This brings up some serious questions about other reviews that may have been deleted, especially those shining a light on product safety issues.

    It smells like paint. I don't know it was a very old item or something wrong. I used it for a week then turn to this texture (like a picture).

    Sleeper Hit

    I’ve been using Krave’s Great Barrier Relief serum for six years and was excited to try the new Oil La La to see if it brought something special to my routine.

    I’ve been pretty happy with my skin overall, but I’ve always had stubborn little bumps—mostly around my jawline. Because my skin is so sensitive and I have eczema, I haven’t been able to use exfoliating or acne treatments without irritation.

    I decided to try Oil La La as the final step in my nighttime routine after cleansing and using Great Barrier Relief. When I looked in the mirror the next morning, I actually gasped out loud! 😅 Somehow, it completely cleared up all my little bumps overnight. I’m so excited about this new discovery, especially for something I had pretty much accepted as just a part of my skin!
