My son has acne and I bought this product a bit skeptical, and in a few weeks I already can see the difference in his face. Also, since it is an oil, I thought that it was going to be greasy, but it isn't. I have to be after him everyday, so he is constant with the routine, but if you are constant with your routine, it will work clearing up acne.

I’ve bought and used 3 bottles of Oil La La, and I noticed that there is some problem with the texture. I’ve recorded a video to show it before: https://youtu.be/Y86EjuQZwe4?si=5yF1saGttEF1MBZR
1st bottle: When it left around 1/4 in the bottle, the texture become totally oil, the fluidity changed as you can see in the video. And the smell changed too, no more rosehip seed scent, it become a very greasy bad strong smell. I keep using it and it cause me breakout :(
I try to buy another new Oil La La, and the same problem happened to the 2nd and 3rd bottle. (In the video above, the 3rd bottle is "normal" but now i used it till half bottle, and same problem happened again)
I do understand the color, aroma and texture may vary slightly from batch to batch, but I don’t think this is the excuse for this situation. This is totally not normal. I store in room temperature like other skincare product, but Oil La La’s color, aroma and texture are way too different, even the fluidity changed. I attached some photo and video for your reference.
I wasted 3 bottles of Oil La La because of this problem. As a loyal customer and fan of Krave Beauty, I’m disappointed :( I paid but I can’t even use the product till empty? I tried to contact customer service to feedback this problem and no good solution given.
